A Love Letter to Our Co-Karma Community

Dear Past, Present, and Future Co-Karma Souls, This is not just a blog post. It’s a thank you. A love letter. A quiet, warm embrace to everyone who has walked through our doors, dropped their backpack, looked around, and said: “I feel at home here.” At Co-Karma, we didn’t set out to build just another coliving space. We dreamed of something more—something deeper. A space where people could breathe, belong, and be themselves. A place where you could show up as a stranger and, by the end of the week, feel like family. And somehow, because of you, that dream became reality. You Made It Real It’s your stories, your laughter in the kitchen at midnight, your vulnerability during co-karma dinner night introductions, your openness during spontaneous jam and karaoke sessions… that give Co-Karma its heartbeat. We’ve seen: These moments are not background noise. They are the reason we exist. Our Why We created Co-Karma because we believe in something radical: Co-Karma is more than just a rebrand—it’s the natural evolution that is transforming into a community-driven, crowdfunded coliving concept where remote workers, entrepreneurs, and creatives don’t just stay, but co-create the space and its experiences. That community is medicine. That the simple act of being seen, heard, and welcomed—exactly as you are—can change lives. That travel isn’t just about ticking off places, but about touching souls. We believe in creating a space that feels safe, inspiring, and human. Not polished. Not perfect. Just real. To Those We’ve Met—and Those We Haven’t Yet If you’ve stayed with us before: thank you for trusting us with a piece of your journey. You’ve left a mark on our hearts, whether you stayed one night or many. You are always welcome home. If you’re thinking of joining us: come as you are. You don’t have to be extroverted or adventurous. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Just bring your open heart—and maybe your favorite card game. There’s a seat at the table waiting for you. The Karma Keeps Flowing We’ll keep doing this—as long as there are stories to be told, sunsets to be shared, pizzas to be sliced, more dinners, more island day trips together and people looking for a place to belong. This isn’t a business. It’s a living, breathing community built on kindness, curiosity, and connection. And we’re just getting started. Feel free to connect with us and follow us on our instagram account and tag us using #cokarmacoliving With gratitude and love— The Co-Karma Team

Beer Pong Night Brings Community Together

Life and vibe at co-karma community: Beer Pong Night Brings the Community Together and Brings the Party to Coliving Life Last Friday night, the common room of co-karma community was anything but quiet. Red cups lined long tables, music pulsed in the background, and laughter echoed through the hallways as residents gathered for a much-anticipated Beer Pong Night — where the beer was free on the house, and the vibes even freer. What started as a casual game idea tossed around in the guests’ group chat turned into a full-blown event hosted by the coliving management team. “We wanted to do something fun, low-pressure, and social,” said Pauma, Kim and Beatrice the Community Managers, the organizers of the event. “And honestly, who says no to free beer and a little friendly competition?” There’s something always magical about a Friday night when the only thing on the agenda is cold beer, loud laughter, and a bit of friendly competition. Every week, our common room comes alive for Beer Pong Night—an all-guest event where the beer is on the house and the good vibes come in unlimited pours. The SetupThe space was transformed into a party zone, complete with two official-sized beer pong tables, LED string lights, and a chilled-out playlist curated by one of the guests. Buckets of ice-cold craft and domestic beers were stocked and ready — all courtesy of the coliving community, which picked up the tab for the evening. New Faces, Instant FriendsFor many, this was more than just a game. It was a social lifeline. Coliving spaces often attract people from all walks of life — remote workers, digital nomads, young professionals — and events like this help break the ice, quite literally. “I moved in two weeks ago and didn’t know anyone,” said Anna, a new guest from Poland. “But after playing a few rounds, I suddenly have plans for beach this weekend.” Why Beer Pong? Why Not! In the spirit of spontaneity and social fun, we turn our shared space into a mini tournament arena. Tables are set, cups lined up in perfect triangle formations, and chilled beers (courtesy of the house!) keep flowing from the start. It is always the perfect way to let loose after a long week—and an easy excuse to meet other guests you hadn’t officially said “hi” to yet. From Strangers to Teammates in One Toss Whether you are a seasoned pong pro or a total newbie, the vibe is always pure fun. Guests are teamed up by our lead staff, teams are created and swapped then stories between turns begin to unfold, and cheer each other on—even when the pong balls completely missed the table (it happens!). What makes the night special isn’t just the beer or the game, but the connections. First-time players bond over their terrible aim, while long term stay guests welcome new faces into the fold. “I honestly didn’t expect to have this much fun,” said Federico from Italy in one of our past games, He had just moved in 3 days before.. “I showed up solo and left with a bunch of new friends and brunch plans.” Cheers to a New Tradition We keep things casual—no strict brackets or intense competition, just good music, great company, and a little friendly rivalry. Winning teams get bragging rights and the first grab at the next round of beers. But really, everyone walks away a winner. By the end of the night, the tables were cleared, new friendships had been formed, and plans for the next themed night were already in motion What’s Next? We’re already hearing buzz about what the next event should be—Flip Cup, Trivia Night, maybe even Karaoke, Movie nights, Lobos island full day Trip get away and Pub-crawl in Corralejo Fuerteventura to mention but a few are always on our co-karma activity bucket lists. And if Beer Pong Night proves anything at co-karma community, it’s that we don’t need much to turn an ordinary night into something memorable. co-karma community members having a trail at lobos island. At co-karma co-living community space, we believe the best part of coliving isn’t just the space—it’s the people you share it with. Events like this remind us that community is more than a concept. It’s the laughs, the cheers, and the connections we make, one red cup at a time. Stay tuned for our next community nights in our calendar—and bring your game face to co-karma by booking a stay with us. Book Now .

The Magic of Corralejo Coliving, now Co-Karma

Corralejo Coliving is now Co-Karma, or always has been. There is a place where the Atlantic whispers secrets to the wind, where golden dunes stretch endlessly, and where the sunsets paint the sky in hues of fire and gold. This place is Corralejo, and at its heart lies Co Karma—a coliving space that is not just a destination, but a calling. Once known as Corralejo Coliving, Co Karma is more than a name; it is a philosophy, a way of life. It is where strangers become storytellers, where the mundane transforms into the magical, and where every moment is a thread in the tapestry of a life well-lived. The Evolution of a Vision When we first began this journey, we called it Corralejo Coliving—a working title for a dream that was still taking shape. But as we delved deeper into the concept, we realized that this was more than just a place to live and work. It was a movement, a community, a way of being. Three years ago, we started working on the concept of Co Karma—a vision of shared living, sustainability, and connection. At the time, we didn’t think to attach it to coliving. But when the idea finally clicked, the name Co Karma emerged as the perfect fit. It captured the essence of what we were building: a space where collaboration and karma—where what you give, you receive—were at the core. The name didn’t just feel right; it made our concept stronger. It gave us a guiding principle, a North Star. Co Karma became more than a name—it became our identity. The Alchemy of Connection At Co Karma, we believe that the greatest journeys are not measured in miles, but in moments of connection. Here, you will find your tribe—a mosaic of dreamers, seekers, and wanderers who have come from every corner of the world to share their stories. As one guest on Amazzzing Travel wrote: “I came to Co Karma seeking a place to stay, but I found a place to call home.” The Symphony of Sustainability Co Karma is not just a sanctuary for the soul; it is a testament to living lightly on the earth. Here, sustainability is not a buzzword—it is a way of being. The Dance of Adventure Corralejo is a land of contrasts—where the rugged beauty of volcanic landscapes meets the serenity of golden beaches. At Co Karma, adventure is not just an option; it is a way of life. One guest shared on Amazzzing Travel: “The rooftop sunset tours at Co Karma community are not just tours; they are moments of pure magic.” The Philosophy of Co Karma Co Karma is more than a coliving space; it is a philosophy. It is about living intentionally, sustainably, and joyfully. It is about finding your tribe, exploring new horizons, and leaving the world a little better than you found it. What’s Next? We are constantly evolving, always striving to make your stay even more unforgettable. Here’s what’s on the horizon: Why Travelers Keep Coming Back Here’s what our guests are saying:“Co Karma is more than a coliving—it’s a lifestyle. The people, the place, the philosophy—it’s pure magic.” – Amazzzing Travel Review “I came for the sunsets and stayed for the community. Co Karma is my second home.” – Amazzzing Travel Review Your Story Awaits Co Karma (formerly Corralejo Coliving) is not just a place to stay—it is a place to grow, to connect, to thrive. Whether you are here for a week or a month, you will leave with more than memories: you will leave with a tribe. Your adventure begins here.
